Our tolerance is 15 minutes, after this period we reserve the right to assign the table to another customer. This tolerance applies to all elements of the reserve.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your reservation. All of our reservations are subject to availability. We trust that reservations will be respected. We appreciate that if you need to make changes to your booking, you do so as soon as possible. You can contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to help. Please let us know of any special requirements or restrictions you may have and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.

We always require credit card details to guarantee the booking. These details will be kept securely with a company called Stripe (virtual vault where your data will be stored and cannot be accessed by any of our employees) and you will only be charged if our cancellation terms are not met. Your booking will automatically incur a fee of €15 per person if we do not receive 24 hours notice of any cancellation and a fee of €25 per person if you do not show up on the scheduled date of your booking.

Unfortunately, our experience with customers who fail to cancel, fail to notify, or change and notify reservations late requires this policy to be necessary.

Call our reservations team if you need more information or questions. We will contact you by phone, the day before or on the same day, to confirm your reservation.

We do not hold tables for unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you contact us if you are running late as we can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. This will be released if not confirmed in advance.

By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to our Booking and Cancellation terms.
